Shipping policy


We offer standard shipping for orders placed through the Anywhere Door online store.

Order Processing

Confirmed orders will usually be shipped within 1–3 business days if placed before 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Packaging and Fragile Items

We take care to pack all orders securely to reduce the risk of breakage, especially for cookies and fragile confectionery items. Where appropriate, parcels may be marked or handled as fragile items.

However, once the parcel is handed over to the courier or third-party delivery provider, we are unable to control how the shipment is handled during transit. Minor movement, cosmetic damage to outer packaging, or breakage caused by courier handling may occur.

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your name, contact number, and delivery address are complete and accurate.

Orders with incomplete or incorrect delivery details may be delayed, returned, cancelled, or subject to additional delivery charges.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

If you instruct us or the delivery provider to leave your parcel outside your door, at a concierge, guardhouse, reception area, or any unattended location, the parcel will be left at your own risk. We will not be responsible for missing or damaged parcels under such circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number, where available.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active. You may track your shipment through your account or the courier’s tracking website.

Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered successfully after two delivery attempts, or any number of attempts stipulated by the appointed logistics provider, and the parcel is not collected from the courier’s stated pickup location within the required period, the order may be returned, cancelled, or forfeited.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery. No refund will be provided for orders that are forfeited due to failed delivery, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, or failure to collect the parcel from the courier.

Risk of Loss or Damage

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery of the order to the delivery address or designated collection point.

From the time risk passes to you, we will not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of the products, except where required by applicable law.

Ownership of the products remains with us until full payment has been received.

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery within Malaysia only.

At this time, we do not offer international or overseas delivery. Orders with delivery addresses outside Malaysia will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

Shipping Rates

West Malaysia

  • Flat rate shipping: RM7
  • Free delivery for orders of RM150 and above


East Malaysia

For East Malaysia orders, an additional logistics surcharge applies.

  • Orders of RM150 and above: Additional RM35 logistics surcharge
  • Orders below RM150: RM7 shipping fee + RM35 logistics surcharge


Shipping rates may be updated from time to time and will be shown at checkout before payment.

Standard Delivery Lead Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • West Malaysia: 2–3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 4–6 working days


Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional 2–3 working days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
